We have carried Advance Adapters products for over 30 years. They build a large array of engine, transmission and transfercase adaptors, allowing you to repower and update your vehicle. They build products that are used in Jeep, Chevy S-10, Ford Ranger, Toyota Mini truck applications and others. Heavy-duty output shaft and well as slip-yoke eliminator (SYE) kits are available for the Dana 20, Dana 300 and NP231 transfercases. More horsepower and higher suspension lifts make these updates very popular.

They also build the awesome Atlas transfer case, now available in 2 speed units with ratios of 1-1, 2.0-1,3.0-1, 3.8-1, 4.3-1, 5.0-1 and 6.0-1. The 4 speed version allows ratios of 1-1, 2.0-1, 2.72-1, 5.44-1, or 1-1, 2.72-1, 3.8-1, 10.34-1. Although they are not a cheap option, but allow many unique installation. They are make to order with available 10, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35 input spine setups. This feature allows use behind a lot factory transmissions withou changing the output shaft in the converting transmission. The ATLAS tranfercase is also made in right or left hand drive orientations for your special needs. The 2 speed is available in a standard length output package at 13.8" in length and in a short tail (eliminates the speedo gear) at 11.8" The 4speed is either 17" or 15" length.

The Atlas HD transfercase weighs 110 lbs and comes with heavy-duty output shaft splines, and helical cut gearsets. The massive gears are helical cut and syncro-equipped for quiet performance and "shift on the fly" capability. Twin twin design allows the maximum control of power division. The cost is really quite reasonable when you comparable the cost of the fixed yoke output shaft kit, 4.0-1 low range kit, heavy-duty rear output shaft kit and the twin stick or 2 low conversion components, along with reduced adaptor costs for many applications.
