Returns

All returns require authorization. Please call to get a RGA authorization number. We do not accept return of items that have been installed, modified, painted, or that were special ordered or custom fabricated. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must accompany original invoice. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We will make every effort to aid our customers with defective and shortage problems. Returns over 30 days old will be handled as store credit only!

We respect your privacy!  Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.  Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. Your personal information and credit card or debit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being stolen or intercepted while being transferred to us. Shipping

We ship daily via UPS Ground service and some products may be dropshipped directly from the manufacturer. Some products may have additional shipping charges (oversize and truck freight items).

Michigan residents have the option for in-store pickup.  Upon submitting your order you will be notified via email when your order is available for pick-up.  Please see our home page for our business hours.
